Cider Session 1: Fermentation
Welcome to FieldBird Cider Sessions, our educational tasting series.
Our first Session focuses on fermentation. We’ll explore how we stop still cider from becoming bubbly, what the “Charmat method” is, what moving through a secondary fermentation can add to cider, and how we work with other techniques here at FieldBird. We’ll taste our way through these concepts together and go wherever your questions take us.
