This special blend comes from our favourite superstar, Mel (with some help from mom & dad). Made from wild apples picked along the Millennium trail in PEC, the blend went straight into barrel and underwent a wild ferment over about six months.

Golden in colour, with notes of tropical fruit and a long wild apple finish. It’s a special one.
