2019 Charmat Perry
We had a lot of pears in 2019, of all different varieties. They were beautiful and delicious, but there were a lot. We wanted to do something different. These pears were fermented on their skins for a few weeks before draining the free run into tank. The result was so delicious, we wanted to add a little spark to it. We partnered with our friends at Lighthall Vineyards to do a special run of charmat style sparkling. Think of it as prosecco, but with pears.
