Chardonnay - 6 PACK

In the back of the cellar, beyond tirage cages lined with dusty bottles, are a few cases of Chardonnay. I made it from local grapes to explore a new barrel profile and gauge the limits of what the oak could contribute. Chardonnay is good for that. 

I forgot about it until Jay opened a bottle he had lying around his house and messaged me to give it a try.
